STFP/FTP Service Update

On March 26 from 7–9 PM CT, DAT will update its SFTP/FTP infrastructure. To ensure uninterrupted connectivity:

Confirm that your SFTP/FTP client software is configured to use the hostname instead of a direct IP address.

Confirm any outbound firewall rules are updated to allow the new server connection

Customers already connecting via hostname should not need to take action.
